Get to know the girl behind the lens.
Hey, I'm Tina!
—a food photographer, recipe developer, and holistic nutritionist with a passion for creating things that make people stop, feel, and connect. My love for food and storytelling is deeply rooted in my Greek heritage, where meals have always been about more than just what’s on the plate. Food is a way of bringing people together, preserving traditions, sharing memories, and celebrating connection. That appreciation for culture, family, and meaningful moments inspires the way I approach every project.

I believe great food photography is about more than capturing a beautiful dish. It’s about telling the story behind the ingredients, the people, and the passion that brought it to life.
I specialize in food and beverage photography, recipe development, restaurant and hospitality content, lifestyle imagery, and visual storytelling for brands that value quality and connection. With a background in holistic nutrition, I bring a deeper understanding of ingredients, food styling, and recipe creation to every project—creating visuals that highlight freshness, texture, and the experience of food.
Whether I’m developing recipes, capturing a brand’s story, or creating content that reflects its values, my focus is always the same: creating imagery that connects with people and leaves a lasting impression.
Because food is never just food—it’s culture, connection, and a story waiting to be shared.
From Holistic Nutritionist to Food Photographer & Recipe Developer
My journey into food photography wasn’t exactly planned—it found me when I least expected it.
Before becoming a photographer, I spent five years as a holistic nutritionist, helping people build a healthier relationship with food. I always loved cooking, creating recipes, and sharing meals with others, but I never imagined where that passion would lead me.
In 2019, I was approached to write a cookbook focused on intuitive eating. As part of the process, I decided to photograph every recipe myself. I picked up my first camera, taught myself how to use it, and spent countless hours writing, testing, and photographing over 60 recipes. While the cookbook journey ultimately took an unexpected turn, it sparked something I couldn’t ignore—a deep love for storytelling through food.
From there, I immersed myself in the world of food photography (that's me and my OG setup) and recipe development. I practiced, learned, created, and slowly built a business around capturing the beauty, connection, and memories that food brings to our lives.
Today, I combine my background in nutrition, my love for cooking, and my passion for photography to create meaningful imagery and recipes for brands, restaurants, and food lovers alike.
My business continues to evolve and has changed names a few times over the years, but I still do everything with philotimo. This Greek word is difficult to translate but is often described as living with love, honour, generosity, and purpose. It's a reflection of my Greek roots and everything I value: family, hospitality, and the simple joy of gathering around the table.

“Food is everything we are. It’s an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma. It’s inseparable from those from the get-go.”

I've always believed the best food photography makes you feel something before it makes you hungry. I love to learn about my clients' story (their why) before I start creating with them.
My style is warm, story-driven, and rooted in authenticity. I'm drawn to natural light, rich textures, and the quiet moments that bring food to life—the steam rising from a freshly prepared dish, hands reaching across the table, and the ingredients that hint at the story behind a recipe.
For me, every image is about more than showcasing beautiful food. It's about creating a sense of connection, celebrating the people and passion behind every meal, and inviting others to gather around the table. Because the most memorable food isn't just seen, it's felt.

Let's create something beautiful together.
